Business Info FAQ's

We operate Monday – Friday from 7AM – 4PM CST. We check messages periodically throughout the weekend as well. Please allow time on weekends & holidays for your inquiries to be answered. 

We keep all of our eBay related communications on the eBay platform via the messaging system in the event we have to refer back to messages for any reason.

Please message us with any questions, concerns or comments regarding your order. 

(The only time we make phone calls to buyers is in an absolute emergency on an order.)

Shipping FAQ's

We print orders at 6:30 AM CST Monday – Friday. If you make a purchase after 6:30 AM CST, it will be shipped out the next business day, excluding holidays. 

Examples: 

1. If you are online shopping at 3AM on a Tuesday morning, your order will ship that same Tuesday. 

2. If you make a purchase at 10AM on a Thursday, your order will be processed & shipped the next day.

3. If you place an order on Saturday afternoon, your order will then be processed & shipped the following business day, Monday, excluding holidays. 

Our shipping department does not operate on the weekends. Any orders made after 6:30 AM CST Friday morning will be shipped the following Monday, excluding holidays.

Average transit time is between 2-5 business days.

There are various factors that affect the ETA of a freight order, so we are unable to provide an accurate ETA for delivery.

We print orders every weekday (excluding holidays) at 6:30 AM CST. If you message us about a cancellation after this time, we are unable to cancel your order. You will be asked to refuse the package once it is delivered or message us when it arrives & we will work with you to get it returned back to us so you can receive your refund. 

The BEST METHOD FOR CANCELLATION is to put in a cancellation request when you decide you want to cancel an order. We will see this sooner than coming across a cancellation request in an eBay message. 

At this time we use USPS (United States Postal Service) and UPS as our main carriers. This excludes freight shipments.

If an item is over 70 pounds, it cannot be shipped via USPS and will be shipped via UPS.

For freight shipments, we use a variety of freight carriers that we have experience with & trust to get your larger orders delivered to you. Freight delivery times vary greatly compared to regular ETA’s, please keep this in mind when purchasing freight items. Any item over 150 pounds must be shipped via a freight carrier.

We unfortunately are not able to edit shipping addresses once an order has been confirmed.

If you need to change your address, please put in an order cancellation request on eBay or message us so we can cancel your order. You can then reorder with the correct address once the item you purchased goes back up live on our eBay storefront. 

At this time we ship within the continental United States ONLY, excluding Alaska, Hawaii and other countries. 

We add a signature requirement on ANY order that is valued $650+. This keeps you as the buyer and us as the seller safe if the event a package is lost or stolen. 

If this is an issue, we recommend placing your order with an address for a nearby FedEx location or please send us a message right away so we can have FedEx reroute the package for you. You can then pick up at your convenience.

We do offer local pickup on select listings.

A Local Pickup option is an available shipping method to choose on listings we have as eligible to be picked up personally by the buyer.

If you are interested in picking up an order locally at our Kansas City, MO location but there is not a local pickup option on the listing, please reach out to us and we will work with you to decide if we can place the local pickup option on the listing(s) you are interested in. 

In order to pick up an order locally, you MUST choose the “local pickup” option when checking out. We will require the QR code that eBay provides once your order has been successfully placed. Without that QR code we will be unable to hand over your order. 

At this time we do not offer any overnight or expedited shipping services, even if buyers are willing to pay the additional cost. 

Product FAQ's

We have a 30-day return policy, meaning you can return up to 30 days after receiving your order. For example, if you receive your order January 5th then you have until February 5th to open a return request. After 30 days we are unable to accept returns or provide refunds. 

We understand that warranty coverage is an important consideration. However, we as a seller do NOT guarantee or have control over warranties for the items sold on our platform. Warranty terms and conditions are typically determined by the manufacturers or sellers themselves.

To ensure accurate information and to address any warranty-related concerns, we kindly request you to directly contact the manufacturer or seller of the item in question. They will be best equipped to provide you with detailed warranty information, including coverage, duration, and any applicable terms or conditions.

For our customers’ peace of mind, we do offer guaranteed returns to protect you from items that are dead on arrival or malfunction within the first 30 days after receiving the item.

We as the seller do not have the means to add tax exemption paperwork to your order.

You will need to contact an eBay representative to have this added to your account.
